As you know I was giving one half Of the story and I had no reason to question anything that I was told. I did and always have pointed out that there are always two sides to any story and only when you hear both sides can you make a good and proper judgment. I will not yet be making any judgment, but I was told the story by someone at the ground and know for sure that It has come from the other side, If you know what I mean.If what I was told today Is true, then It goes along way to explaining why everything blew up the way It did, this Is referring to part One. Part two Is completely denied and I'm not even going to go there. It Is my understanding that the other party Is taking the matter to court, but I stress, I have only heard this third hand, so I'm not stating It Is a fact, but once again I have no reason to disbelieve who has talked with me today. Sorry that I can't go further with this, as It could well be going to court soon, who knows but I will wait to see If I hear anymore and get any Information IF what I learned today Is true and maybe them I will make my mind up, just what Is fact and what Is not.

Without wishing to say "I told you so", I do believe I made the point on several occasions that any conclusions could only be reached after hearing both sides of any argument.

Do tell me Jerry as you are 100% correct, but like I said into days post I will still not make any judgment just yet, I would hope to be able to put what I heard today to someone, but to be honest, I really don't think I want any further part in this.
