Limp in? I take it you didn't attend the Burton, Stevenage away games at the end of the season, or any if the playoff games then.
Your miserable little campaign against the manager really is pathetic. He's achieved one of the toughest jobs in football (a task infinitely more difficult than being a troll on an internet forum) and all you can do is persist with your bitter nonsense.
You got it wrong. Accept it and move on.

Oxford and Crawleys points deduction rather helped our end of season league position. Wrong.

Limp in? I take it you didn't attend the Burton, Stevenage away games at the end of the season, or any if the playoff games then. Of course he didn't, he pontificates from the other side of the world and I very much doubt he has managed to see much of the team on TV let alone in the flesh. Anyone who makes such statements obviously has seen nothing of the impressive victory at Cambridge, the wonderful game at Stevenage and the two victories over Burton Albion; to say nothing of those cup games against Blackpool and Coventry. Dave you really are making a Muppet of yourself, but your ridiculous ranting at least passes the summer in much the same way as watching Mad March Hares in the fields at Springtime or the lunatics in Bedlam. Much like Burton, once the fine tuning was done in the early games (when you and your fellow Muppet's were screaming "sack him") the season panned out so that the best two sides achieved promotion and I wouldn't mind betting that given our double over them this season and looking at the two relative squads we will out perform Burton in much the same way that Exeter have out performed Aldershot this season in League 2. Not for nothing has Paul Tisdale won the divisional Manager of the Season Award, and if he were to emulate the City boss next season I would bet that Bucks might well win the same honour; although I suppose if you and those of your ilk had a say in the voting it would go to Steve Woods!

Nice one merse. Pontificates? Pot, kettle and black. Nuff said.
Not ranting mate, just opinion.
Muppets screaming "sack him"........more concerned fans voicing their thoughts on shit performances and scared that we might have to stay in the BSP that you love so much.
Rev. Merse announces from his Church of The Stepford Fans again, "there are blasphemers amongst us.......stone them, cast them into the pit" And all his disciples nod there heads.
Love it, merse you and your groupies are hilarious. The twilight zone of the off season is going to be fun.

I often smile when someone who has posted on an old thread says sorry for doing so, why be sorry? if you have something to add to the thread no matter how old it is then please just post on it. I do have a slight problem with this thread being brought up and the only reason is there were three threads and polls on this subject. All three polls did give Bucks a vote of confidence mind you, but there were all done at different times and after a group of different results. After Bucks got things a bit wrong and played around with the defense that cost us points in our first 8 games? you could understand if anyone was lacking in confidence in Buckle. He made the changes and did a good job for most of the rest of the season and did an excellent job near the very end of the season. I really don't see the point merse in picking out a post made at a time when things were not looking so good. Anyway as things improved people are entitled to change their minds and if they do it will only because they can now see improvements in the manager that has turned into results on the field. Its called doing a U-Turn merse and you and I both know that you are one who knows what they are don't we . Dave Shaw I really struggle to understand your problem, yes Bucks got some luck this season, yes he has had first class backing from the board( would you not expect that now with the board we have?) no we did not go up as champions, but who the hell cares. Bucks got us back up and all fans are over the moon to go around and proudly say that TUFC are now a league club again. What other result did we want? you seem to have already got into your doom and gloom mood for next season and we don't even have a fixture list yet, let alone kicked a ball. Just enjoy the great feeling of being a league club again, worry about things next season if there is any need too during the season. What are you expecting anyway, to go up next season as champions, I know then you can expect the same again the season after and the one after that. Then you really will be able to see if merse has got it right that Bucks has a similar style to Ferguson, but you still only be happy if we finished above Man U, because I really don't believe there is anything Bucks can do that will ever please you.

Oxford and Crawleys points deduction rather helped our end of season league position. Wrong. Indeed. Crawley, who finished 13 points behind us, had 1 point deducted. Oxford, who finished 6 points behind us, had 5 points deducted. Never let the facts stand in the way of a good rant opinion. If you understand this post, please keep your head perfectly still.

Dave R, read my posts regarding next season Dave, doom and gloom for next season? Not at all. I'm really excited to be back in the proper league. A mid table flirt with the playoffs will do me. Anything more is a bonus. Aussie, don't move it mate! Breath in breath out.

How about addressing Merse's point about the number of games you've attended the season just gone. If it really is true that you have only seen a handful of games this season I can safely scroll past your posts without reading them.

If it really is true that you have only seen a handful of games this season I can safely scroll past your posts without reading them. I don't believe Dave as seen one live game and not sure he has seen any on TV etc, still he has the club in his heart he tells us and therefore is fully entitled to have a viewpoint. My problem with Dave is at the start of the season all he claimed was that Bucks did not have the balls or what it would take to get us promoted. Dave has been proved wrong and while he claims he is over the moon as the rest of us are, he justs seems unhappy and I still claim he would have preferred Bucks to have failed and then he could have told us that he got it right. I know Dave will say that is not the case, but can anyone tell me why he seems unhappy and is still looking to find faults and pick holes?
