I was thinking of that Mark, I have emailed the club a couple of times but never had a reply. I know lots of ladies who would love to wear something official so they are missing out on an opportunity there. At the moment we just wear something of our own thats yellow , would be good if the club got the profit rather than New Look!

Watching the WBA v Newcastle game on TV with the Geordies sporting their new two-tone yellow shirts. Mark Lawrenson has just commented that 'There is only one team that can get away with playing in yellow'. I presume he doesn't mean us! P**ck!

Mate don`t let that turd boy Lawrenson get to you! The guy is a joke, you have to take everything he says as accidental comedy, I`m sure he`s only doing the job as a form of entertianment for his bosses, shame he`s not aware they are taking the piss out of him!

The club shop do have an admittedly small range of womens clothes including pink hoodies and yellow t-shirts with the club badge embrodered onto them. I even bought my other half one of the yellow t-shirts, and jolly lovely she looks in it too! She has only worn a replica shirt twice - once at Wembley (because she promised she would if we got there) and I can't talk about the other time on a family forum such as this!!!

Sorry Kev, but what goes on in Lickey End stays in Lickey End Actually, and sorry to disappoint everyone, but Lickey End isn't half as exciting a place as it sounds! I forgot to mention that I'm liking the new kit, and am looking forward to debuting it around the streets of the West Midlands just as soon as the postman delivers my little pre-order!!!

It looks a lot better in the flesh than in the pics I think....or maybe it was just the shock of all that yellow!

I love the garish brightess, the sponsors' logo and the unfussy, design, cut of the shirts and shorts and the all round "uniformity" of appearance that I know players like so much...................."the two tone" airtex panels are really good and nicely evocative of the previous kit too. The type of shirts that lends itself to smart leisure wear too and well worth waiting for as well as completely undeserving of all the crap that has been posted on "another" site that I won't mention!

A hoodie ? , and why on earth is it pink ? ;D. The t shirt sounds more like I had in mind but its not exactly a wide selection to choose from!. I reserved my little boys kit today and asked if I could collect it tommorrow. I was told to ring first to check it was there . Im hoping I dont have a very upset 5 year old to deal with in the morning!.

oh question for merse ,i keep reading your post's on the other site ,if you dont like it why read it ?(not having a go just wondered) In the case of the kit, I was told yesterday of the negative comments that were peculiar to "another " site; I scanned that site this morning to see what was meant. I must say, I didn't hear any such negativity in and around the ground on Saturday nor is there such moaning for the sake of moaning on here. I make no secret of the fact I do look at both that site AND Gilbert's Blog although personally I think both are juvenile and of little merit as regards debate or of any eclectic value at all. I'm not complaining about what is on there merely passing comment........................is it that you believe we should only comment about what is already covered on here? Surely if that was the case we would never break out of the repetitive circle and certainly never enjoy the many varied and often off beat subjects that make this site unique. I never have been one for pretending something I don't like doesn't exist, do you?
