Do we know the source of these players signing etc? Well, latterly, it was Paul Wotton in his round up back end of the week just gone. Before that, I read it on BTPIR with merse keen to stress it wasn’t him being indiscreet, so am unsure. A dominant and attacking centre mid and striker were the main talking points, which demonstrated to me the Manager was after reinforcements in the areas a lot of fans similarly had been saying they felt required reinforcement. Saw that as a good sign myself, as didn’t always feel that way under the last regime. Clearly those most recent targets discussed elsewhere all fell through, with Pearson (WSM) since having been added to that ‘ones who got away list’, but here’s hoping we can get a couple of targets in soon. We are obviously looking and will want to stay in touch with Farnborough. Good to see Crosbie getting some action and in amongst the goals elsewhere. |
