It seems to be all about the interests of business now. It shouldn't be overlooked that people who run businesses are in it for one thing, i.e. to make money for themselves. As for the threat to people's jobs, well the banks and other high street companies have never been slow to announce redundancies when it suits them. It's time the debate got back to the important aspects of why we voted to leave, namely cutting out economic migrancy, keeping the 39 billion pounds contributed by our own taxpayers, and making sure that the laws in force are appropriate to this country's own history and culture. A "NO-DEAL" exit will suit me fine. Woo Hoo...welcome aboard the Sane Train Stewart! The No-Deal Madness has already begun: 3500 troops on the streets...didn't know we had that many! Food trucks won't get through...my favourite! Calls for another snap election...yawn Gina Millar's (even bigger yawn) latest statement...the referendum ignored Real People! Etcetera...etcetera...etcetera! So it seems that Brexiteers (love that word) are not only allegedly racist...we're not real either! All those millions of people wandering around the country that aren't real! This Millar woman (oops, can't say that) person...she's not the Love Child of Diane Abbot by any chance! I remember the Millennium Bug thing, where everything was supposed to go wrong, the world was coming to an end...etcetera...etcetera...etcetera! What happened...Nothing...Nada...Zilch! What will happen if there is a No-Deal...Nothing...Nada...Zilch! Unless of course it's made to happen!

It has probably escaped everyone's notice that I actually started this thread. I even had to check that myself!

Putin obviously said that while inwardly lauging, but at least he understands what Democracy is about! Which is more than can be said for a lot of people in this country!

My final thought before yet another celebration of what, spending money and eating turkey? I wonder if the three wise men had that in mind when they started their journey.
Anyway, we have reportedly over eight thousand people now sleeping rough across the country, and yet the government is toying with the idea of paying 39 billion pounds into the bank account of the European Union.
Merry Christmas to all who are in involved in this financial and moral disgrace. Merry Christmas also to all those who spend thousands of pounds every year to celebrate an event which lost any significance many centuries ago.

Stewart A poignant and thought provoking Christmas message from Stewart. Sadly the facts contained therein are all too true, and the wrath of the people should be so great and so obvious, that no Government should even dare even toying with countenancing handing over £39 billion of taxpayers money, when it's totally unnecessary. The Christmas story has been turned on it's head, and the desire to instead shower wealth and gifts upon the 3 wise men, Tusk, Barnier , and Juncker, is one devotedly believed in by a frightening number of people in the UK. Treason May and her fellow members of the E.U worshipping congregation that gather in Westminster to give praise to their German masters, will in a few weeks time, be doing their darnedest to demonstrate that they no more believe in Britain than they do in the true meaning of Christmas. Enjoy Christmas Day, and then it's Come All Ye Faithful to Plainmoor on Boxing Day. From where we hope to depart, both j oyful and triumphant, at about 5pm

Goodness me Rob, you're not quite getting this trading lark! Let me explain: Your neighbour has some beautiful apples in his garden...you want some! So you approach him and ask him for a dozen. He says to you 'Fine', but he wants your partner for three minutes! You discuss this with your partner, and He/She agrees and goes with your neighbour for three minutes! Then your neighbour gives you the apples...that's called trading! Your happy because you have your apples...your partner is happy because He/She has a smile on their face for the first time in years...and your neighbour is happy, because he's always hated you, and that very morning he found out that he has a dose of the Clap! Trading has been going on since day one! Ever since Eve put on a pair of stockings and suspender belt and said to Adam...'Come and get it Big Boy...oh before you do, could you just get me that apple over there!' Long after you and I and Brexit are forgotten...Britain will still be trading with Europe!

You'll remember the People's Vote Losers March in London, and organisers telling the media that there were 700,000 marchers.....and Rob informing us, by scrawling the figure 670,000 on the side of the TFF bus. But yesterday the Greater London Authority's official figure for the number of marchers came to light. link: People's Vote March Attended By Only A Third Of Number Organisers ClaimedSo the first use of the Fake News stamp in 2019, awarded for extreme falsification, goes to Remainer Rob and the Remainiac marchers. Mind you, should Rob ever apply for the position of TUST membership secretary, I imagine his application might be looked upon very favourably

Any truth in the rumours there were a total of 25 yellow vests and an angry 13 year old forming the ‘pro-No Deal Brexit please don’t vote on that because we’ll lose’ march yesterday?
Thanks for the Trade information, Reg. Maybe Bo-Jo the Clown will use the analogy in future ‘no longer free’ trade deals with European neighbours while the Honorable Member for the 18th Century moans from the periphery that BJ should have got a better deal.

That's ok Rob, always happy to help out a fellow TFF member...especially one who is a little confused by the European Union issue and Democracy!
