time will tell.and my name is JO NOT COLIN.be respectful as i respect you all. well off to cornwall now for three days. to place called Loo. Has anyone been there. Now Mr Bay the 'don't disrespect me' thing is the world of the 14 year old in the inner city not a 78 year old as you claim to be. If you are indeed 78 then good on you and good health. But I can't get my head around your appearance on here and why that came about. This is a first class forum for the history and old programmes sections, but you do not seem to have shown any interest in that. You suddenly appeared in support of a post under the user name 'tufc fans'. Then poster 'forever' pointed out that the grammatical make up of your posts was exactly the same as a previous post under the 'tufc fans' poster name. He was of course right. You threw a hissy fit and said you would not post on this forum again. You have done that at least 3 times so far (may be 4 or 5, I'm not really counting). On a recent recent resignation from the forum you said you were not posting here any more as you had joined other forums and that they were caring and understanding. Bollocks! You haven't got the guts to post on the others as you would be ripped to shreads. You never ever post anything of substance. All it is is always is a one line post strewn with grammatical errors (I believe deliberate) with a question mark at the end. Your poorly formulated questions suggest doom and gloom. You never really get a response, so why bother? I think the whole issue which you just elude to is being debated in an erudite fashion on the other forums. So go on, dip your toe in the water and join in!  |

Not that I am bothered as our fans have three distinctively different forums to choose to post on, whether that is on one or more. What I can't work out; Bay 52 states in a previous post, written on May the 5th, that he's a certain age 'plus a day', making his date of birth May the 4th, whereas his actual birthday falls in November? (Coincidentally, as does that for a chap from Teignmouth called Colin)

Is it to try to muddy the waters in the absence of anything solid from the club or GI? Or just to throw out a few red herrings to divert our attention to what may really be going on? It's a shame really because we are all desperate for some genuine info and all we get is an apparently semi-literate loony spouting a load of pish. In terms of agenda, it's fair to say David Phillips is not a favourite of JO NOT COLIN. The plot doesn't thicken. All seems well intentioned regarding our football club and the link up with TUST is laudable, though, so that's hopeful. |

Bay52 doesn't have an agenda ~ he's just some sad old codger with too much time on his hands. His rubbish command of the English language is quite obviously put on. One minute his post will look like it's been typed out by the professor of typing at Harvard University, and other times, like Jeremy Corbett just after he's snorted Ajax!
One thing I will say about bay52 though, when I was having my R&R break, it seemed that no one was posting for weeks on this site. The arrival of bay52 changed that...so good on him in that respect.

It just seems odd that he appeared around the same time as the GI bid started and TU Fans started their mud-slinging. As for stimulating the forum, I would rather see only one quality post a week with accurate info, than be irritated by daily, sometimes multiple posts per day, of random nonsense, such as these gems: 'Is it right that Gaming International is buying the club for ten pounds?' 'is it true dave phillips and peter master's will get 60 thousand pound's each. for the deal?' 'no it is bay 52 .steve breed made redundant by .dave phillips. / p masters.and masters is calling ,the shots .and he is a property developer i know my 16 year old granson is a close friend to a member of the bored grandchildren. and have live for sevon year. i am not bayern season ticket.if that is the thay treat goodfamily people.' I think the solitary well-worded post is one that Jon edited to make sense. Not sure why he felt compelled to do that but he's admin and it's his prerogative. I suspect you and I will never see eye-to-eye, Reg, but at least we have the same passion for our club; in my case born out of the fact that I've followed my local club for 51 years so far, since age 8. I'm Paignton born and bred, not some Johnny-come-lately interloper like bay52. You beat me by about 3 years on the supporting side. I did though, spend about half of that time out of the country. I do get slightly envious when people say what great times TUFC went through when I was permanently out of the country...now look what's happening when I'm permanently back in the country! Didn't bay52 say he was going to Loo? We all know how bad his spelling is ( ) and he might have meant he was going to the Loo...
On the subject of eye-to-eye, I will steer clear of emotive subjects in future, except for Brexit of course, but that won't affect you, unless of course you believe that golfer president of yours! |
