A little quiet at the moment - seems the only news on signings may be about former players signing for other clubs! (Richtds, Harrad and Butler).

Great to have Moore back. Looks like a good squad is being put together.

Moore does seem a very good signing. With all these good signings taking place and the feel good factor still going on at Plainmoor, it seems difficult to remember that the sword of Damocles is hanging over our head! Could/would/should this have been the start of a new golden age for TUFC? Didn't I read somewhere that Moore has some sort of get-out clause to his contract? What length of contracts are these players on...why don't they just come out and tell us!

KN continues to impress - Sparkes will fly up front judging by past performances!

chelstongull It's a big concern to many of us. These days you really do need to know the shape, design and colour scheme of the sponsors logo, and then design your kit around that, if you hope to end up with something reasonably stylish. You can design marvellous kits that will unfortunately look like a dogs dinner when a clashing logo is then plonked on the front. That's why I believed that launching the kit design competition without this information being available, was akin to putting the cart before the horse. If it's going to be a 'retro' sponsor as I'm lead to believe, then let's not have anything too modern in the design either. The Commercial department have apparently been working very hard to tie up an agreement with our old friends at Sparkworld, and it was they who urged Nico to sign Dan Sparkes, in order to help push this sponsorship deal over the line. If the deal, and consequently the 'Sparkworld' shirts aren't ready for the August kick off, I believe plans are already in hand for us to wear the shirts shown below, through August and September.
