After a great win this weekend, Ling will have to get the boys back into the zone for what will be their third away match in a week. Luckily, for once all the fixtures have been south of the M4 and this side of London so the traveling should not have too much of an impact!
Aldershot did do the double over us last year with two narrow 1-0 wins but both of our victories over them since 2007 have been away with those comfortable 3-0 (Buckle initial surge) and 2-0 (Branston inspired great escape) wins. They won their opening fixture before going down 1-0 a home to Northampton on Saturday.
I can't see Ling wanting to play a different starting XI to that on Saturday and that first win will have given everyone a lot of confidence. Another win would see us go from a daunting start to a flying start to the season and could set us on the road to another memorable year.

Its been a very busy but satisfying week all in all tomorrow is another test and the Shots will be wanting to get their season going again after a narrow home defeat at the weekend. Its been a tough few fixtures to start the campaign and this weeks two against Aldersot,(weve had a poor recent record at their place) and the dreaded Crawly Towm at Plainmoor on Saturday. A result of any description at the Rec will set us up nicely for a much anticipated rematch against the most unsporting club I have ever witnessed, the poison dwarf Evans and his sidekick Clare Raynor. Pantomime season could start early this year. Get that fork ready Aussie!

We have nothing to fear. As previously stated playing players in heir best position is going to bring the best out of them, and Mr Ling is acute of this policy. The result on Saturday will breed confidence and I see us getting something from both games this week. We put the Buckle to the sword now lets put Evans to the fork!!

Guttridge is always a pain in the arse when he plays against us, reminding us every year that we let a quality centre midfielder go Having said that, Mansell's pretty damn good too
