Good News !!!!!!!!!!!  Herald Express reports that Bevan can play in the cup on Saturday and Shrewsbury have agreed to extend his loan for another month. |

weathergull the HE update their website at 11am everyday, so the news Is often history by then.It Is good news and I hope It Is a sign that we may be able to do a deal In the January transfer window, to keep Bevan here for good.
When we signed Poke, some were not happy that we could lose him In January If a club came In for him, I would expect such a young keeper would want to aim as high as possible, so always felt would find It hard to get him to sign for us.
Bevan has proved he Is a good keeper and I would be really happy to see him sign on a proper contract. We do really need to get the keeper situation sorted out better, than having to just have one On loan.

Great news, any chance of signing him permantly?
I haven't seen a lot of the man but who do the people on here rate higher, Poke or Bevan?

24 hr recall clause though and the shrews keeper is carrying a thigh strain.
Same as it ever was.
Can`t have everything, after all this is Torquay.

Can`t have everything, after all this is Torquay. buster Well that Is not good news Is It, I still fail to understand why such an important position, was not sorted out properly before the season started. It will be just our luck he gets recalled, putting all the good results we have had Of late at risk. I would hate to see us throw away the chance Of getting promotion, because we did not have a good keeper playing for us, lets hope that this Is one position, that Is sorted In the transfer window, so we can face the second half Of the season, knowing we have a good keeper, until the end Of It. |
