If they are asking a valid question I think they are - as I said DT seems well informed, and answers questions that others may not know the answer to

I wish the other guy would stop saying that this would be Ebbsfleet's 4th defeat - game ain't over yet! I did hear that we were starting to defend deep (ruddy hope not).

In fairness to DT he is doing a duel role - both the commentary for RD and his main job as HE reporter.....and I am sure he gets paud a damn site more to report for the paper then for the comm. Exactly he is doing a duel role, so why not let him do what he does best (Herald Express) and let someone else focus on commentating. Yeah I bet he does get a lot more money for HE, but he probably still gets paid for RD, which means he is getting paid to give a service - he's getting paid to help comm on the match at hand. Give him his do's he is a wealth of knowledge and knows anything and everything United, I just personally don't like his commentating style.

They probably decided that as he was there it made sense to chuck a small bit of money his way and get a spare commentator that way, rather than pay for two people to travel up to the match at a greater expense

I would think that was correct Scott, plus we can't deny his great knowledge Of our club, It has been much better second half, so I'm going to leave It here ;D

Reading todays Herald It seems Bucks Is hoping that not only will we get Bevan On loan for another month, he hopes he may be allowed to play In our cup game On Saturday.
We are unbeaten since he has been In goal and while the first time I saw him play, I was unsure about him, he has shown that he Is a very good keeper.

I'm impressed with the big man as well, and this is good news. Perhaps they are relaxing the cup condition in exchange for a bit of business in January? Hope so.

Thanks Rob have changed it now ;D yes I think Now he has settled In, he looks more Of an all round keeper than Poke, he has also proved for a big man, he has no problem getting down to save low as well as taking crosses well.
I would not be too unhappy If we could only have just one keeper, to keep him here Instead Of Poke.

The main thing is whether the defence like him. If you have a back four that have confidence in a the guy behind to sweep up on their mistakes you've won a hell of a battle. And then, maybe, Todd will stop trying to dribble past strikers on his own goal-line (think he's great otherwise). I'm still for let's have Poke AND Bevan!

I really don't understand why Bevan isnt a regular first team player in the higher divisions? - I was impressed on Saturday by his sheer presence............Robertson and Woods were both exceptional against the Fleet and are enhanced by Bevan.............Webbsfeet got behind us twice on Saturday but again Bevan dealt with it superbly +.............what a save against Oxford; must be Conf save of the year....................I hope we splash the cash in January

Seems there Is a new twist to keeping Bevan here,as Bevan's club Shrewsbury currently have WBA's promising 20-year-old goalie Luke Daniels on loan at the New Meadow. Shrewsbury are trying to persuade the Baggies to let them play Daniels in the Cup,If they agree then Bucks Is hopeful Shrews boss Paul Simpson will allow Bevan to play for us against Chipstead.
It seems there should be no problem with Bevan staying a second Month and the fact that Shewsbury yesterday, loaned out another of their goalkeepers, Jasbir Singh to Blue Square North side Hinckley, then maybe they will agree to let Bevan play In the cup for Us.
