i cant stand pasties they are disgusting  Not if they are made properly. Certainly I would agree with you with the Cornish ones but a proper Devon pasty with plenty of gravy delights the taste buds and puts hair on your chest! Nowt wrong with a Cornish pasty Stef! Gravy, you'll be having mushy peas next. |

I didn't partake of a pie at the Britannia on Sunday but I did like the advert for Wright's pies: Pie, Pie, Pie Delilah.... Also enjoyed the sight of Stoke fans arriving by canal barge. Ate the following pie after that game on Saturday:  Despite being nicely presented I could only rate it at 5.5 - not much meat, very small bowl of Abbot Ale gravy and Broccoli  |

Where was that too? It looks nice, but the gravy is rather sad! Do you think the round gravy bowl was to off-set all the 90 degree corners! Carrots included!

had a chicken balti pie at old trafford,tasted ok but their oven was set too high so it was rock hard on the edges,very disappointing and at 2.50 a time a rip off

It doesn`t surprise me that their pies weren`t to wonderful. I found generally that smaller clubs that have to fight for fans tend to have better produce on offer than the ones that are guaranteed sell-outs all the time, you don`t have to try too hard to fill O.T so a punter disappointed about the food won`t really faze them too much! |
