I don't know how it works, but the club franchised out the club shop to Vandanel. I know from my own experience of franchise, that I paid a large fee. For this I got a customer base supplied and any money I made from sales etc was mine.
Is this how it will work now at the club shop, with Vandanel paying A set fee to use the shop etc and make the profit on goods sold in it?

The Away kit is on .com now. Same design as the home kit, but in white. The contrast with the orange looks good. I think both are pretty smart.
As an aside, as we were only meant to be changing one this year, do we know how long we'll have these for? Will we be changing them both at the same time in future, or is one going to last longer (or shorter) than it would naturally...? Does that make any sense at all? I'm not so sure it does.

Bit of a whinge but... I can't believe my nice white kit's obsolete already! I like the new one but it feels like a bit of a kick in the teeth on top of the home kit fiasco. Oh well, perhaps I just won't bother, I've got a stack of about 20 shirts anyway.

Design wise, both our kits look excellent.......now get them in so we can buy the bloody thing! Fonda, i understood the point you were trying to make As we have now, unusually got 2 new kits, due to the sponsor change etc. there is little doubt that one will be for 2 years and one will be changed for next season (assuming the sparkworld sponsorship deal is for 2 years.....pretty sure it is). I'm sure that the club will want income from a new kit release every season........i think its unlikely that the away kit will be changed 3 years on the trot, so i would expect that the home kit will be the one changed next season. Only a guess but kinda makes sense....

Very stylish and even more impressive than the home kit in my opinion. What with the smart all blue PSF/Youth kit as well I would say OUR club has three immaculate looking strips for this season. Whilst I never could work out why beer bellied middle aged adults should want to adopt this as their "street wear" I do acknowledge the financial benefits to the club of someone as laughably ill suited to wearing one as TB1 , Romford Kev or myself (like three Toby Jugs!) buying them; but must admit the only ones I purchase these days are those suitably sized for my kids.

The away kit is on sale from tomorrow at 1pm (Friday 14th August) - is the home kit in yet or is there a ETA?

I rarely like our home kits, and it'd be a shame (and somewhat ironic) if the one i do like only lasted 1 year! ;D

We're not alone.................... Dagenham & Redbridge F.C. will have no new season's kit on sale for their fans today either. Same supplier (who supply more professional football clubs in this country than any other by the way) same problems, although now the tale is of "problems in a Pakistani factory" ~ yet another sad tale of outsourcing and this country's dismantled manufacturing base.
