rjdgull I'm assuming this involves sending non playing staff to Newton Abbot racecourse. All part of the plan to get us jockeying for position farther up the league I expect. Nothing gets past you Alpyne! 😉 |

Is there any chance that Armani Little could be back in our squad for any possible resumption of the season ? Sometime in June maybe...just guessing of course.

Sometime in June maybe...just guessing of course. 6 weeks since it was reported he needed an operation so I would think his rehabilitation would be well under way by now. Problem is this lockdown is going to be eased in stages and large crowds congregating is probably going to be the last stage and some way off, further than June I think. Appointing Owers could be the way forward as it would be possible to socially distance, even on the pop 😉 Seriously though, I wonder if football could restart under a closed door scenario but being televised. Even lower league would have demand for a live feed and a highlights package to generate revenue. Would need a lot of support from the top of the game though. Below National League level with a couple of hundred spectators may be more manageable going forward next season for the game to restart. |
