Pressure's on the players and the manager already. Nothing other than a will suffice or the natives will be getting rather restless! Cant make it tonight having other urgent things to attend to so look forward to any reports later.

A poor night with Boreham there for the taking. A misplaced by Chaney and the self-destruct button well and truly pressed.
Chaney is being targeted and KN needs to get a recognised LB in before its too late, where is peg leg Davis and Gowling?
Thank god for Clarke who kept us in the game and Keating who covered every blade of grass and his two well taken goals.
Disappointing night

Clarke has been playing well and could keep us in games if only we could stop defending so badly. Problem is, he could go on having blinders but we will still lose due to a range of ineptitudes. Agreed we have issues with injuries but then so do many other clubs. Sometimes even winning every game is less important than the way the team plays (with aggression, passion and hunger). Sadly for TUFC bar a few, none of these characteristics are (or look as they ever will be) on show. Big decisions ahead before everything capitulates further!

Well, it looks like my prediction of a shite season are happening a lot earlier than even i expected! Fortuitously unfortunately, i cannot make it to Guisely this Saturday, because i have been invited for a ruby and copious amounts of dry white wine at my neighbours! He travels all over the world playing a Trombone, so is hard to tie down. The meal is in recognition of me painting his bedroom windows last week.
So, i will not be able to watch Guisely being put to the sword (or wasn't that what was supposed to happen to BW last night) by our marauding team of top professional players!

Nowhere in that article does Nicholson appear to be taking any responsibility for last nights performance. Surely he has run out of ideas and has not the faintest idea of how to turn things around. I know appointing a new manager will not guarantee success but if we carry on with Nicholson things will not improve.

One point from four games! Looks like we are already in a relegation battle. To be fair to KN he has had to put a new squad together and injuries to key players have not helped. Let's see where we are after 10 games. .....

I know appointing a new manager will not guarantee success but if we carry on with Nicholson things will not improve. I desperately wanted KN to succeed but its now pretty obvious he is tactically inept. The playing squad has changed a great deal but the performances and long standing weaknesses are identical. You can take any of his struggling eleven from his tenure and the tactics and strategy deficiencies are just the same. He just doesn't seem to know how to eek out a result when the chips are down and how many times has this happened over the the last few seasons? He says he's embarrassed by the performances of his players so you have to ask yourself if they believe in him as a tactician and leader. They look like rabbits caught in the headlights and are afraid to play A different era but I cannot imagine a Cyril Knowles team reacting to a poor performance and defeat like our lot did last night. The priority should be to close down from the front and stop the opposition playing the way they want to and the and only then go for the throat when you have earned the right to play. Get something, anything from a game to boost confidence and moral. Personally I couldn't care less If I'm bored to death if we can only get some points on the board and rebuild confidence.

What an absolute shower. Bad management, bad owners, usless player's. It's an absolute disgrace what's been happening at Plainmoor for the last 3 or 4 season's. When are the protests going to start or is that to much to ask.

Let's all be positive! New manager comes in...goes on a winning run and gets us into the play-offs.
