i heard the Radio Devon interview with Bucks and it seems some heard him say there's been some things around the Club that "dampen it a bit", with reference to the record. Have to say I didn't hear those words.

Doesn't sound too promising. Who's the 'key' player? Can't see who would want to leave us now from the first team.

Listening to Paul Buckles' interview after the game, I don't think its good news, he said that news they had had at the club this week put a dampener on things and that it would be disclosed at the press conference tomorrow.

I think that this might relate to a bit of news of a financial nature........... pure speculation though but it sounds ominous.

So, whether I read previous Merse posts of drivel, he might actually not know everything that goes on in the club!! Surely Poke signing can't be bad news?? i'll apologise if you're right Merse but......

Time for a fan's whipround then. Can £42.50 match what Sean put up?

Coukld it be something to do woith someone's health?
The reason I ask is CH's captains blog stardate monday 15th:
After listening to his inspirational and motivating words I jumped in my car to drive home. I made a quick phone call before I set off and bang..... the words I am now struggling to find are about that conversation with a Friend. I can't talk about it but what I can say is that in my life and probably many others we worry about jobs, contracts and money, we get stressed out with the kids or argue about bills. The thing that we take for granted is our health and our families and to get home and hug mine and tell them that I love them couldn't come soon enough
Does that make sense?

I see what you mean Ealing, I hope not because someone's health is more important than money.

a bit morose to speculate who/what it might be, so I pray I'm wrong ...
I do hope it doesn't concern an elderley ex-manager (or any of the current squad or back-room staff)

I think it maybe something to do with the different celebration you saw tonight regarding tonights 1st goal. If you put that with Hargreaves Blog yesterday it will put football fully into perspective. I won't say anymore than that
