Did my Nick Crane bit this afternoon exploring the tip of Dawlish Warren. Could have done with Miranda to explain why the sand is being lost to Exmouth. I blame Buckle! the sand is making it's way to Bristol There was me thinking it was Long Shore Drift

Then either Case Histories on BBC1 or Coast on BBC2 Did you watch Coast last night, Phil? There’s a lot to be learnt from the Dutch and their concrete dykes. Let’s build one from Hope’s Nose to Berry Head, create a new sea front and drain the bay for new land. This would enable us to double the local population, bring innovation and prosperity to the area and still leave room for a new stadium for Torquay United which would surely propel the club to the Premier League. That’s my Vision so put that one in the proverbial mixer!

Disappointed that last weeks wasn't on as it showed the West Country and in particular Brixham.

Just tuned into watch History Cold Case on BBC 2 and guess what, yes it's been shunted to next week because of the flannel wearing, strawberry eating, Cliff Richard singing, grunting, Pimms drinking ruddy tennis......argh...............

Wanted to see what all the fuss was about so I watched the episode last night about Devon and Cornwall, all I learned is that Brixham is solely responsible for the entire nations fish shortages and that the program is a complete waste of license fee money!

Good news for Coast fans - only half of next year's F1 races will be live on the BBC, as Bernie's done a deal with the Devil that is Rupert Murdoch

Good news for Coast fans - only half of next year's F1 races will be live on the BBC, as Bernie's done a deal with the Devil that is Rupert Murdoch Yeah and Bernie still won`t give Mr.Warnock and funds for QPR! The whole Sky thing will implode soon mate, it will effect football players wages massively, provided the correct descision is made in court about foriegn sattelite providers decoder cards. The average Sky subscription will go up, there range of programming will go down and their monopoly will end! If Sky win the case then we will know exactly how corrupt this countries courts and law makers are, we can`t be in Europe as trade partners if we can`t trade equally, this will show exactly how the powers to be want their cake and eat it as well!

Whilst channel hopping this morning, some pit stop F1 talk came on - who is the dwarf bloke that looks like Dave Thomas?
