Our bet was that you needed to win the Ashes 5-0, the one dayers 5-0 and the one 2020 game to win the bet. Looks like 4-1 + 5-0 + 1-0 = 10-1. Fortunately I still win. I'll have something hot and beefy, rice and a naan and enough pints to quench my thirst please. |

No Noel Edmonds, no banker and no one called Phil! Well it looks to me like I was only including the Ashes series as stated above, with no Chelston rules! So any outcome above the number 5 is impossible. |

Not the worse toss to lose with Aussie's 72 - 3 at lunch. Aggers reckons best batting day will be tomorrow so need to try and crack on from there!

England well on top today and a good day of batting tomorrow could see us set up this match to retake the lead in the series! So far, one team has been dominent and once in the box seat has not let the other team in!

Many a slip from cup to lip! Tomorrow will be interesting! Certainly know it with England's batting record! We have got two in form batsman at present - could be a decisive partnership? Also got half a day before the new ball which could be 150 runs. Only the odd shower forecast for Brum on Friday to Sunday. Pretty sure the result will be inside 4 days as per the other two matches! |

This is now looking to be rather interesting, no one can bat on this track, bowlers paradise. You could well be right that this one won't go the distance.
