Ok... this'll make it so easy. The signpost next to the railway bridge and across the lane from the 'field'...

In other words no more than a mile or two from South Molton RFC which - given the link road follows the old railway line at that point - must only be a few hundred yards from the former South Molton railway station.

At the North Devon Conservative Association - flaunting your communist credentials just to p*ss them off. In light of recent events in North America you'll appreciate it's a rather delicate situation at present and I have no wish to incriminate myself. I need to protect my operatives in the field near South Molton. Whoops....

Slippy conditions - real South Wales rain - but rather two-footed. Perhaps he didn't quite grasp the old adage that class players are two footed!

Yep.... From South Molton station and the link road follow the track south for a mile or so and you would reach the bridge, followed by the field with the railway posts in it..
And most odd it looks to!
The next station along would presumably be Molland.

The London Inn - try West Street, Okehampton on Google Street View.. Well done Barton that's the one ... I knew that pub but just couldn't place location. I didn't know The Anchor but as a couple of the pubs in Dave's original photo collection were in Bideford I phoned an auntie who lives in the town and asked if there were any blue painted pubs there. She came up with The Anchor in Honestone Street. I then looked at Dave's photo and saw that the sign which says 'FREE HOUSE / BAR FOOD / BEER GARDEN' had a big anchor on it! Job done! ;D

Clyst Valley FC, Winslade Park, Clyst St Mary. Wasn't that the club that Steve Cooper managed after some idiot finished his professional career by bashing into his knee at John Menzies? Clyst Valley currently play in the Devon & Exeter League and - according to today's Sunday Janner - have Peninsula League aspirations. Would make a suitable replacement for Clyst Rovers who - because of ground problems - haven't been able to secure a place in any football next season.

As for last week's Dartmoor village - it was Lee Moor. And, after Ricardo's (I think) guess at one of my posers recently, I have been to Columbjohn today. This is a Geograph picture of the small isolated chapel taken from a hot air balloon:

I must offer my congratulations for a very fine effort to solve the Super Bumper Weekend Edition Of where have I beenBUT there is one that has not been solved the tiebreaker shot (lay-by) and the rules were they all had to be solved by my bedtime on Sunday night, I therefore declare myself the winner The lay-by is the very last one on the A380 heading for Newton Abbot just before the Teignmouth slip road. So thanks for joining in all this week and on that note and feeling rather pleased with myself its a TFF from me All the best and see you all back here on the TFF very soon Dave
