Benyon forces double save and then we hit the post, the ball struck the inside of post and ran along the line into the keepers arms, we fully deserve to be leading this game.

Heres hoping for some good match reports later or tomorrow, but we sound to have had the better of the first half and fully deserve to be at least on level terms and maybe should be winning the game.
But that was the case against Rotherham and we know we let them steal it at the death. Lets hope we can get an early second half goal and make sure we do not give any silly goals away.
The game I feel is there to be won, it was not that many games ago when many believed we could not compete with the players we have here. I know we have Zebs and Smith playing tonight, but the rest of the team are the same players.
It shows the progress we are slowly making, but we all know we need to turn our progress into winning our games and collecting the three points on offer.

I'm sure someone soon will mention that our strikers have failed to hit the net so far. It seemed for Benyons last attempt that it was easier to miss.....

Half time match stats from Radio Devon:
Possession PV 44% Gulls 56%
Attempts on goal PV 1 Gulls 5 Attempts off target PV 4 Gulls 6
Corners PV 4 Gulls 3 With Zebs/Benyon ? hitting post on 41st minute After an indifferent start things are looking more positive

Sounds thus far an impressive comeback from going behind so early. The other "interesting" thing is other clubs at bottom not doing very well so a win tonight could not only boost confidence but continue the climb.......fingers crossed all

The rain is lashing down for the start of the second half and may well have a major effect on what happens in this half, Poke seems to have a bit of a limp, but Bevan is on the bench should we need him

Mansell plays very poor ball out from the back and gave Rig a chance for a shot that thankfully went well wide, we have not started this half so well and are under a bit of pressure. Poke just forced into another top save as shot was going into the top corner.
We need to get the ball up the other end.
