Apparantly reports the BBC that Mo Camera awaits international clearance !! which prehaps doesn't happen too often with the Gulls. Having not played competitively since August he will take some time to come up to scratch.
In the mean time can the team bus pick up TT and maybe some others at 12noon & drive them about the Devon countryside stopping at Plainmoor in time for the kick off....He may believe he's playing away.......

Aussie in Wroe gets dropped shock!!! Watch it get amended now. Do you think Wroe has been playing to his best recently? When he plays poorly we have lost so I thought a different midfield would be worth a shout!

I'm really looking forward to tomorrows contest . I just hope its not an anti-climax.
4/6 Dave the gull 10/11 jmgull 2/1 Kiss, cuddle and make up
And the football? an ugly undeserved 3-1 victory with a dodgy penalty and an injury time own goal will do.
what ever it takes to get the 3 points please

I am praying for a win. If only to break longie's hoodoo. He tempted fate by saying he would start to worry if we had a 10 game losing streak when we were 3 down. I think we're upto 8 now. (Ok we've had a couple of draws) Treetops, i hope we don't have an away day performance. We've only won once! Will be listening online for free so up yours gullsworld!

If you are going to the game then make sure you wrap up nice and warmly as it’s a bitter cold day here in the Bay.
Not even going to try and put down the team I expect Bucks to start with, but do hope he will play Zebs upfront with Barnes. With Carlisle still out he may be temped to play Zebs on the wing but that in my view would be a big mistake. We have players who are wingers and we need Zebs goal threat that is missing when he is played out on the wing.
Would love to see Scott back in goal, Poke is sadly lacking both form and confidence for me and we really need to make sure we give nothing away at the back as he have been doing in recent games.
Some I feel are expecting a bit too much if they think we will put three past Port Vale, they have only let in 28 goals so that suggests they have a mean defence and I will take one nil with pleasure.

They are a tight miserly bunch and don`t leak generally, but I would expect that of any Micky Adams team! Three points don`t care what the score is just want three points!

Happy Chinese New Year and let's hope it starts with a win. I will let some crackers off for luck! As Oz says, don't care how.

Having not played competitively since August he will take some time to come up to scratch. The Herald reports that international clearance was received at teatime yesterday. Could be a few players making their home debut today. No idea of line up but could be something along the lines of Poke, Camara, Branston, Charnock, Smith, Thomson, Mansell, Wroe, Stevens, Zebroski and Barnes. If the above do line up, then that is only three players left since the first match of the season.
