Pure magic and memories of being in the cafe room at Kingskerswell dog track and making sure I got to see Top Of The Pops, after I had put some dog into the traps.

Right now it's a Missy Elliot album that Bijou is playing. Now who remembers old Miss Elliott's wonderfully chaotic "Open All Hours" Emporium in NA's Wolborough Street when I was a kid? There was nothing Miss Elliott didn't have and she was a cross between Auntie Wainwright of "Last of the Summer Wine" and Arkwright of "Open All Hours" So overstocked was her shop, it was difficult to find somewhere to stand whilst waiting to be served...................if you were a bit broke she would even sell you a single egg, single fags and I guess if you were brave enough; a single condom!

Who could ever forget Miss Elliott's shop and don't forget bakery, just how many times did she get fined for mouse droppings ;D the only shop open on a Sunday and how many times was I made to ride my bike into town from Buckland, to get some milk or bread from her shop.
There was also a man there, I think he was a logger? latter to be always found near Castle Circus and always drink.

That's right, now it's taken for granted especially where I now live..............we've got 24/7 stores a plenty in my neighbourhood and I too used to get similar errands to run from Milber. Mouse droppings? I always thought they were current buns! ;D

Some great tracks there Mr_W, the streak was a real fun record, did not know Marc Bolan did a track with Cilla Black, what a waste when he crashed his mini into a tree, loved every single song he ever did.
