Purist: I wasn't claiming to be "clever" and I'm sure "Fonda" would be able to expound his theories on here if he chose to. If you have a problem with my opinions, you are welcome to PM me as the site does not wish this thread to stray off subject - as long as you identify yourself with your proper name of course!

You have a PM Merse. To keep the thread on-topic, i like the sound of the colour scheme, white with blue detail is pretty much what i'd have chosen. It does sound a bit 'fiddly' though. Would have preferred something more classic and basic. I look forward to seeing it and making a more informed opinion.

Just seen it on .com, great looking kit, very smart indeed, and the sponsors logo isn't too obtrusive (if thats the right word) like some kits around the country. If someone wishes to buy me one.... I'll have a large one please.

I know it's a bit late, but I've only been able to steal borrow a working wireless connection in the last five minutes, so I'd like to add my congratulations to Sean and City Link Builders for their sponsorship of the shirt and youth system.
Top man Sean and see you soon for that beer I owe you.
Maybe bump into some of the rest of you on Saturday.

I know this is saying much the same as others but well done Sean for the shirt sponsorship and the youth team investment, talk about putting your money where your mouth is! Hopefully this will silence your critics. A true supporter of the club and prepared to invest money in the club you love!
Sean is somebody who has always had a passion for football at all levels and has always looked to give something back to the game and i am sure would have invested in the club one way or another if permitted by the previous regime.
I remember a good few years ago he brought a team of youth players from the Salisbury area (Correct me if i am wrong!) which he sponsored and managed down to play the Torquay Youth team (when we had a squad before) one Sunday morning and was one of the only times I have ever seen Sean wanting Torquay to lose!
Also love the shirt and think my step son will be getting a kit for his birthday.

I would like to thank you all tonight, as you may know my wife is not so well, I had promised to take her to see the film Mama Mia, this afternoon. Due to Doing the interview with Sean, I had to ask her if I could take her tonight instead. Just as I needed to go, I was worried world war three was about to break out.
We walked all the way home from the town and I was going as fast as I could. No need for me to worry at all, every thing sorted, no slanging matches, so once again thanks.

Well done Sean for lobbing in two very sizeable chunks of income into Torquay United - and well done for doing it the right way. Firstly by investing heavily into the youth set up, and then by suprising us all and sponsoring the shirts.
Onwards and very much upwards...!
