I'd just like to point out one down side of Benyon's performance on Tuesday night. Having a slash by the corner flag after only just coming out of the dressing rooms in full view of a couple of hundred supporters some of which were very young ! I'm sure he wouldn't have done at a BSP ground......so why do it at Newton. End of whinge If he did that, then that is not acceptable behavior, for a professional football player. I would hope that P. Buckle is aware of this and has spoken to Benyon, there is no need to do this, he should have made sure he went beforethe game, or at half time. |

Nobody likes a joke more than me, but this is just plain disrespectful to the host club, the supporters and the employers of the player! If I was the Chairman or manager and this is true, I would bang him with the maximum fine allowed (two weeks wages) warn him as to his future conduct and tell him if he wants to act like he's a Tour de France rider he should attempt to get himself as fit an endurance athlete as they are and he'll be "on his bike" anyway if he does it again. Incontinent little pr**k!  |
