St Albans on decent form so we cannot afford to be as bad as we have been at home in scraping four points from three dreadful games with lower table Truro, Dover and Eastbourne. It is a good job that our home form is so good - according to Gary Johnson. The right kind of supporters would not question anything Gary says.
Will we have sixteen fit?
Moxey and Jenkins Davies definitely out.
Ofori Acheampong probably in with Calum Thomas making up the numbers.
Marshall may not be fit, Booth may have been signed to take his place. Expect a late announcement.
Halstead may not be fit. If not, a non-contract keeper, a kid from the college or no sub keeper? Possibly a half-fit Halstead on bench duty.

So we start the day in the last playoff place and playing the team directly below us. A win would keep us in the playoff positions but a loss would put doubts as to whether we could even make it there, let alone win 3 away games to get promotion… link - TUFC match preview

If we get every 50-50 decision going our way, we will win. If not, we will have something to moan on and on about.

Yet another patched up team to start who have never started a match together. More enforced changes. No continuity week in week out. How anyone can expect consistency and positive performances is beyond me. Not expecting any improvement just another eight game miserable month will likely see us fade away from the pack. Will there be any new faces? Who knows. The farcical cloak and dagger information shenanigans looks set to continue. Looking forward to Asa Hall being wheeled out onto the pitch. Another completely unknown back line with another unknown front line. Will Dwayne O A actually start and last more than five minutes? Looking forward to yet another dour post match "in denial" interview.. not!

No Marshall as expected, no Harris and no Ofori-Acheampong. Good job Booth has signed as well have just four on the bench including 16-year-old college kid Wellington, first year pro Thomas, half-fit Hall and Lovett.
Will be a very tough test for Booth leading a back four with Craske, Tomlinson and Martin and with McGavin as defensive midfield anchor!
Will be interesting to see if Collins is a straight replacement for WJD or if Archer moves inside with Collins wide left

Not too bad - just 0-3 at half time. Hoping for a few more, maybe double figures, to hammers some final nails. I doubt though it would make any difference whatsoever.

Utterly outplayed. A football team against eleven strangers. Embarrassing. Could be six.

Yet another low point. Is this the straw which breaks the camel's back?

Pretty big Johnson out demo behind the Family Stand. I am expecting to hear later that he has left the Club. His continued presence is detrimental to recruiting support for housing development.

Spare a thought for Austen Booth....he must be wondering what he's got himself into.

If it wasn’t bad enough, that we lose 0-4 at home against a part-time team, the fact is we were lucky to lose by only four goals, and I think St Albans took their foot off the gas in the second half to settle for a comfortable victory. There were protests going on both inside and outside the ground and even in this club the situation increasingly does not look tenable for the manager but we shall see.
St Albans carved out many opportunities, hitting the woodwork, at least two and possibly three times, and there were goal line clearances and near misses a plenty. As for ourselves, Collins managed to swivel and fire a shot which their keeper did well to save and later on in the first half there was a offside goal, but Tom Lapslie, timed his run too early from a free kick and was at least 2 m offside when he parried the ball down for it to be slotted home. Apart from that it was just long range shots fired unerringly straight at their keeper.
Not good enough, not even close….

Spare a thought for Austen Booth....he must be wondering what he's got himself into. Indeed he’s played for the likes of Buckland and Tiverton all his career but probably never thought he’d stoop this low.
