This is a really big match up at this level as both teams really should be higher up the pyramid, preferably in the EFL. Many would have thought that the title would have been a shootout between us and them, but the way it is going, could be a coronation for Yeovil. A win tonight would give us some hope of catching them up and will have to continue the good form from Saturday and more. As Jon said, hopefully Lapslie and Moxey will be fit otherwise we could have a few difficulties…… link - TUFC match preview.

You're only going to be good enough to challenge both as an individual player or team if the level of performance is consistently high week in week out. Our squad is far too shallow to perform consistently well . One or two injuries to our better player drastically reduces the quality in our performances and why were so up and down with results. Well be fortunate to scrape something out of tonight's game after throwing the kitchen sink at Bath ( excuse the pun) last Saturday one or two will be feeling the effects for sure with such a short recovery time. At least two footballers who can make a difference have arrived on the scene and both should start if the "Gaffer" has his brain in gear. Personally Im not expecting much from this game with Yeovil in top form and having dangerous former players who will punish us given the opportunity, without a proper target man of our own its going to be an uphill task.

Gary said we had put an offer in for a striker so could there be a surprise addition tonight or am I dreaming? No need to answer that one! Yeovil have far more fire power than us so think we'll make the playoffs and hope for a decent referee this time.

Exactly. Forgive me for not getting excited about a striker who has scored 2 goals in 10 appearances this season at a level below ours, but is this really the best we can get into our team at the moment. Just what does Pete Jonson do to earn his salary? Indeed we could be playing Three Bridges next season as they are currently 7 points clear at the top of Isthmian League South East...

I shall now attempt to dream that we win 3-1 tonight and hope I'm on a roll.

Not sure if Ethon is a striker or even the striker "The Gaffer's" approached. I have read he's a midfielder so that would make complete sense... Must be decent talent to scout at lower levels and were running out of options.

Lapslie out replaced by Williams. Expect Collins will play in Lapslie's place with Williams and Ash as centre forward and left wing, not sure which way round. I would rather see Donnellan strengthening midfield, Collins wing back and two up front.
Craske left out of 16. De Silva and new boy Archer on bench.

Am very concerned that Yeovil will be able to stroll through our midfield at will, leaving Marshall and Tomlinson exposed.

That was a good start. 1-0 down after 23 minutes and Callum Dolan imediately substituted for tactical reasons.

Just beyond embarrassing. They are just way too good for us. Men against boys.
Ironically, their fans are chanting, “You’re getting sacked in the morning!” to Gary Johnson when we all know nothing is going to happen.
