Probably difficult to entice some players to the South West...and no doubt our poor start to the season and lack of cash compound the problem. Also calls into question the validity of our contacts and scouting system.

Still no word on loan signings? Disappointing. If there is anything, the word is normally on match days. I see Andrews is now back in full time training after his illness and of course Addai is working up to full fitness so maybe it is just a Sherring sized hole that needs filling? |

link - Moyse also goes to Tivvy Town on loan. Should do well there from what I have seen of him.

link - I see Dave Thomas is reporting that Danny Wright is out with my ankle injury for a number of weeks. On the plus size a day and Johnson should be back quite soon. Probably a good time to lose one of your strikers when the other go on to score 5 goals in a game!

Accrington defender Harry Perritt joins on loan. Fingers crossed he is a good one, despite lack of experience. Just 25 minutes of league football under his belt and seems to have suffered a lot of injuries. Would like to see him in a back four with the three decent defenders we already have. Not available today as Stanley don't want him cup-tied. |
