Watched the highlights definitely a good decision not to go for the live stream. We did not look awful, but we did not look promotion challenging either.
Unlike the start of the season when there was free flowing football being played with confidence and a real expectation that we would score on every attack, now it is difficult to see where a goal is coming from in open play. There isn't even much confidence that we will score if we get a penalty.
Wright scored a goal yesterday playing 45 minutes in a practice game at the Cat & Fiddle against Exeter City, but after a 3 months lay off we cannot rush him back tempting as it is.
Poor old Umerah just can't win with supporters, getting stick on some media platforms for missing with a header. He caught it right but it was an excellent save from close range, but he is never going to win over some.
Crap defending for their goal as well. When we are struggling to score we can't afford to give easy goals away.
Still onwards and upwards it is another day on Good Friday.
