The kind of game where if you win it 1-0 it’s a great performance and if you lose it 1-0 it’s a terrible performance. Tend to think 1 will be probably be enough if we can muster a goal.

Loving the new lad. Quick, pressing and plenty of quality about him in terms of making space for himself.

Surely the most frustrating season in living memory. Completely lost our cutting edge and intensity we had earlier in the season. Can see us fading away with the odd win here and there and not even making the play offs.
As I said in preview a pivotal game when we could and should have taken advantage if we really had anything about us.
Very very disappointing as it is nowhere near the team we were a few months ago when we tore into sides and they fell apart under the pressure.

Kimpioka did look the business. Would like to see him alongside Boden.
Good for Moxey to get some minutes.
Did Andrews get a knock? If not, amazed we left Little on wide left in preference to him.

7 points off 8th. 10 points from top, not that the latter is particularly relevant any more.
If we don’t start with Kimpioka we are missing a trick as he is much better than what we have. He looks a very good signing. Think away from home I’d have Kimpioka alone up top.

Unless we can get the three back that will improve our goal threat and lift the tempo along with a defender who scores goals, leads the back line and threatens at set pieces we will continue see performances like this for the rest of the season and drift the wrong way down the table. Get Nemane, Whitfield, Cameron and Wright back firing and we have a chance - If we don't there's ZERO chance, we look decidedly bang average with the last two narrow home wins against average part timers papering over the cracks. Still not scoring goals in open play and that's a massive concern if you have any ambition to stay up near the top that also has a knock on effect to the rest of the team.
Good to hear positive reports on the new lad at least one good thing emerged from today and we haven't had many of those for the last three months.
How was Boden's play? Must say I'm not a fan when you think of the sharp and direct strikers, Ried, Janneh etc we've had in recent years.

Just watched the compacted highlights a pretty scrappy affair to say the least and we looked pretty poor other than one CLE burst down the left that was duly blasted high and over by Law and a couple of threatening attempts by Kimpioka. Must be a bit of a shock if he had to watch that for 50 odd minutes. WTF have I done! So glad I decided not not to pay to watch that. Have set my expectations pretty low now after a momentary recovery against the bottom feeders the week before, a realization has kicked in that well be lucky to make the playoffs. However looking forward to watching the new lad against Woking - Kimpioka v Gerring - should be interesting and think I may pay to watch this one... Kimpioka did look the business. Would like to see him alongside Boden. Good for Moxey to get some minutes. Did Andrews get a knock? If not, amazed we left Little on wide left in preference to him. Personally I would sooner not like to see him alongside Boden hes just not mobile enough and can clearly see why Chesterfield were willing to let us have him. Wright hopefully!

Haha. Kimpioka v Gerring. I can see Kimpioka winning that contest if he is provided with the ammunition, Pete. He’ll get fouled a bit, though. If we are going with two strikers, then I agree with Jon that Little is the one to sacrifice.
