In all the years of our history we have had many different first team kits both home and away. Many will remember that we did not always play in yellow and there was a time we played in a kit much the same as Newcastle's.
Of all the kits you remember do you have one that in your view was our best ever kit, do you have any pictures? if so included them in your post. If you do not use photo bucket etc you can sent the pictures by email to the forum, make your post and just put the word image, where you want it to go and I will do the rest for you.

Definitely the 1974-77 for me. The all white effort with blue and yellow sash. This was quite unique giving the appearance that you had been run over by a motor bike.

Here's the Torquay United page of the Old Football Shirts website. Some absolute class designs on there. For style, I'd have to say last season's away shirt. For sheer madness (or brilliance, depending on my mood), it has to be this effort:

Without doubt the 67/68 blue and 67/68 gold kit also the best memories of the great Frank O'Farell teams of that era. Plain and simple is best!

Best: all yellow of the mid-60s (not shown on the link)
Worst: those dreadful hoops of the early 90s

The 1987-1998 kit. Rotolok as the sponsor with blue shorts and blue socks. To see the boys wearing something similar at Woking recently made me very happy.

Rob, wasn’t the purple kit of 91/92 the kit that we never won a game in?! Our failure to record a single away win that season was hugely costly, especially when you look at our pretty impressive home form.
My two favorite kits are the kit with the sash that Crooky mentions (even though it was a couple of years before I was born!) and also the yellow & white stripes effort in 1991 (although possibly for sentimental reasons due to that Wembley win).

That's the one. Though more purple. I think you're right there "ohtobeat". I was told I was wearing an unlucky shirt at Underhill a few seasons back, though it was us on the pitch at the final whistle.
