Probably go and score a bag full of goals for Wealdstone now. I see that the Wealdstone manager says that he plays off the shoulder of defenders. If they have midfielders who can take advantage of that by playing balls that he can run on to then he will score goals, just like all the goals we saw him score in the videos posted when he signed for us. Correct me if I'm mistaken, but I didn't see much evidence of that when he played for us, so is the reason he didn't score manay goals in our shirt more to do with the service he received than his abilities? Asking for a friend...

Asking for a friend... It really wouldn't surprise me, just think of Josh Umerah who did the business for Wealdstone and is now scoring for Hartlepool in League Two. You can add Billy Waters to that and I'm sure Chelston can add more to that list. I think Johnson can actually spot good players but hasn't got a clue as to how to get the best out of them.

Came with reasonable goal scoring record, shame it didn’t work out for him. Did I read they paid £10K for him? Reading the Wealdstone OS that's what it sounds like. The manager talks about the signing being made possible by £10,000 raised by the fans. Presumably that's Wealdstone fans although it wouldn't be too far fetched to imagine that Torquay fans gave £10,000 to Wealdstone to take him off our hands. That 10k could have been towards his wages rather than a transfer fee.

Armani on the move.
Love him or hate him he's streets ahead of some of the current squad.

Totally agree, Little and CLE had the creative spark that allowed us to pull off victories against the odds in games with Notts County, Chesterfield and Wrexham last season. This season we just get blown apart by those teams.

Must have missed the announcement on the OS that he’d gone. If Wearne has left, wonder where he’ll end up? Gone back to Grimsby to fight for his place so I’ve heard 👂 Starts from the bench…

What does “starts from the bench” mean?
If you are on the bench, you don’t start.
Or have I missed something?

Mustapha Carayol starts from the bench for Burton… Didn't realise he was still playing, love to have him back.

Mustapha Carayol starts from the bench for Burton… Didn't realise he was still playing, love to have him back. Neither did I! Remember him scoring a very good long-range effort in our first away league game against Dagenham back in August 2009 and while that was over 13 years ago I think he was only 19 or 20 then.

Plymouth fan taking a liking to Will Goodwin at Home Park yesterday. Stewards nowhere. Assume the Head Steward/Security will be fired in the morning. Hope this is coupled with a hefty fine 😡
