Now that Rotherham United have a new ground, you might be asking what happened to their old Millmoor ground. After all, Rotherham haven’t played there since 2008 and old grounds are demolished pretty quickly.
Well, it’s still there just across the way from the new gaff. A few Torquay supporters even parked there yesterday. If you ever went to Millmoor you’ll probably recognise the approach:
If you travelled by train before 1988 you would have arrived at the station just over the road. That is now disused meaning that Rotherham has two railway stations (one disused) and two football grounds (one disused):

“Security” wouldn’t let me into the car park but it was easy enough to get a few shots. One or two had to be taken through the fence so they're a bit fuzzy:
Walking to the new ground it was possible to look back to the four floodlight pylons of Millmoor. All very bizarre because, if you didn’t know otherwise, you could have turned up there by mistake yesterday:
