Sorry about getting this thread up late but have been away on a long weekend and only just got back.
A fairly interesting match as it is the first game with opposition in the same league as us. After our PSF together last year I walked away with the impression that we were going to do alright whilst Exeter were going to struggle and whilst these things don't always pan out that way, that game was certainly a good pointer.
The main difference this year is that the fixture is away with it being a tenner to get in this one. For Ling the emphasis is now on match fitness and sharpness so maybe not so many substitutions at half time? Danny has recovered from a mild case of shin splints although Joe still remains on the sidelines after breaking his nose against Tivvy.
Hopefully, we can get another win there as we build up to the fast approaching season...
