So the rearranged fixture with Rotherham has come around and a win here would take us up to second place as only Crawley out of the other top teams are playing today! It would be nice to return with all three points as our last win against this outfit was at Plainmoor on 11 March 2000 (12 years ago today!) and away was way back on 13 December 1997 so maybe 13 will be lucky for us again? It will be more difficult as back when we were originally scheduled, Rotherham were on a bad run of form but have lost only once in the seven games since, a 0-1 home reversal to Bristol Rovers who we know are no mugs!
As stated previously in the aborted thread, Rotherham have a decent strike force in Grabban and Revel with 26 goals between them and for good measures have brought in Shaun Harrad, the former Burton player on loan from Bury! However, in the last six games, they haven't scored or conceded more than one goal in a match and with our defence, this could be a tight one! They are only five points off a play off place so have it all to play for but with the associated pressure that it brings!
Our main injury concern will be Nico but as he was able to play on for a bit, hopefully his injury won't be that serious! In any case LRT is a great replacement but lacks that final delivery that Nico brings to the side. Otherwise, I can't see too many changes. Maybe Jarvis for Danny is an option as he comes back from that injury where he wasn't great on Saturday. I think the team is in great shape at the moment and if we score first have a great chance of winning this one.
