This is our final match of the football combination league which we have found hard going this year, particularly after it was merged into a general southern section meaning that the manager isn't going to take fringe players on long away midweek trips. Thankfully, it all ends with a home game and hopefully a strong side can go out and end our campaign with a victory!
With the uncertainty over Robbo, this represents a good chance for Saah to get a run out as he could be starting on Saturday! It should be fun for Ling with one eye on the game and one ear to his phone.
I can't see Atieno playing with his match time this month so would anticipate Rice, Leadbitter, Saah, Palmer, LRT, Macklin, Halpin, Yeoman, McPhee and Spear making up the bulk of the side. The question is whether Nathan Craig is still with us and will he play and will Ling sign him either as one for the future or to provide back up in midfield for the remainder of the season!

The pitch will have taken a bit of a battering but there is no indication that the match will be called off on dot com as hinted in the Herald. However, looks like Saah will not be risked in this one with Robertson likely to be going today!

Hope it isn't cancelled, last chance to see how Nathan Craig performes. Though playing on a waterlogged pitch isn't going to help his chances!

The pitch always seems to drain well quick nowadays so I cant really see it being waterlogged (despite yesterdays rain).

TUFC: Rice, Rowe-Turner, Palmer, Beattie, Leadbitter, Mcphee (c), Spear, Kewell, Craig, Macklin, Yeoman. Went down 2-4 I'm afraid to say. Goals from Palmer and McPhee.
