Enough bickering about politics and race on this thread folks, it`s a rememberance thread for the fallen, not a platform for bitching, respect!

.....and another one lost today, it never ends does it?........ .......why not spare a quick thought for those out at the sharp end of the stick tonight? - they'll appreciate it, I know - cheers - Chris.......... www.helpforheroes.org.ukThat was emotional, didn`t watch it till today! I always thought you were a bit mad (if that`s the right word) but in a very good way, be nice to have a beer with you at some point in the future! Respect to you and lots of it! ...Aaaah, Aussie, how very kind of ya - most excellent - would be fandabbiedozie to share a beer or 7 with ya one of these days, I know ya know Coyshey, who does volunteer groundsman work pre-match with ya and will be there this Sat I believe for the game against the bandits from Homo Park, look across where he stands on t'Pop, I (and my bruv) are great mates with he and thats' where I'll be usually along with Treegull Snr and Jnr - we're the "sensible ones" just below the young shouters and drummers there on t'Pop! - always nice to share ale with Antipodean shipmates! - or, even better try and touch base with us on an away trip in the pre-match car park p-up when Mr_W's legendary Backseat Cocktail Bar swings into effect - the more the merrier! - we can't guarantee any Roo steaks, Vegimite, prawns on the barbie, Bundys or Crowded House/AC-DC on the CD player but you WILL get the best "special" Carlsberg lager, quality "apple wine" and Irish music this side of the Hong Kong waterfront!! - cheers Oz! - Chris.........

The internet is full of experts who have 'done their own research'. Cranks. Yeah, you're right lambie. Let's shut the internet down so people don't get the info that your ilk don't want them to have. It always makes me laugh that socialists who are supposed to champion the "little" people are the most paranoid about the "little" people having access to info just in case they find out what the pinko's are really up to. Some people really are more equal than others eh lambie?

Aussie 9 happy years of bitching and bickering later, but Remembrance Sunday is rather poignant, and many of the same thoughts we have today will return to us again in a few days on the 11th I'm sure. In a different context, Aussie became one of the TFF old warriors who sadly joined the ranks of the fallen, hit by friendly fire initially, which resulted in him succumbing to his speech crime injuries. Wherever he is now, possibly on the other side of the world ? .... I'm sure like most of the rest of us here he'll be remembering the brave servicemen and women who lost their lives in the wars. Lest we forget.

At the strike of eleven just heard the ocean liners moored in the bay sound their horns in tribute. Quite emotional really.
We will remember them.
