I would like to say a big well done to TUAFC1.
For the hours of tireless unpaid work he puts in for The South Devon League, who without those prepared to give up so much of their time, there would be no local football.
Yesterday he was voted on to The Devon F.A as a councilor.
Well done Ant you make me proud.
He will still be carrying out all his duties for The South Devon League.

Yes, I do and I don't understand really.....because if it is that Ant ( & not that plonker with Dec!! )....then people will know him as he is the Registration Secretary of our South Devon League, and a grand job he does too!
No axe to grind with him...just wanted to check before I made a t*t of myself, which I did anyway!! ;D ;D

....and now you have made me look a double t*t by editing the edit you made to my post!!!  Sorry mate but I saw his name used and that is a forum rule so I had to edit it, and I did put on the edit how very sorry I was. Then he comes home I told him about it and he said it was ok. So I then had to edit the edit, so your post now shows I did an edit but now in fact after two edits ,it does not have an edit. ;D ;D Yes he works very hard at the job, as well as working fulltime, our postman, does not like him, what with often 30+ letters a day. |

That is why I took up the post as I was fed up of power crazed people running football & I wanted to apply some common sense back into the game, have some transparency & most of all get the league & clubs working together as one. As without the clubs there is no league & without the league there is no clubs, there was a big divide between the clubs & I like to think i've done my bit in bringing us all closer together & have got rid of the them & us.
Saying that the rules of the league still have to be administered as per rule to ensure fair play amongst all clubs.
