Buckland were trying to get over the midweek cup defeat by Taunton to play old friends of Penzance.
Penzance started the best, and took an early lead in the 4th minute, when Buckland failed to clear a corner, and a Penzance player was on hand to take a deserved lead.
Buckland looked dissjointed, and could not get any rhythem to their play, with many passes going astray Buckland were missing the unavailable Mike Booth in midfield and Cam Kelly in defence.
The management team were going to do well to get to get the players focused on the job in hand at the half time break as Penzance deserved their lead.
After the break the strong wind was in the yellows favour and we were kicking to our favourite road end, where many turnarounds have happened in the past couple of seasons!
Penzance thought they had scored a second when the referee had given a goal but there was clearly a foul on Neil Montandon,
but the linesman had his flag raised to rule the goal out.
Bucks finally got a goal when gaffer lynch found some space in the pirates box, to score low to the keeper`s left. 1-1
Buckland got a second when an alledged foul on a Bucks player,
in the penalty box, the referee pointed to the spot, but Penzance player manager Wayne Quinn let the referee have the full force of his opinions swearing at him and he was rightly shown the red card to have an early shower.
Lynch stepped up and cooly slotted the ball home giving the keeper little chance 2-1.
The Turmaround was completed when Lynch completed his hatrick and the match ball when he shot home from close range to give Buckland the 3pts which did not look on the cards at the interval. 3-1
Buckland will have to play better against the so called better teams if they are to challenge for honours again this season.
