That would be against the Wannabies in a Tri-nation tournament that the All-Blacks scored more points in than the other competing teams and conceded less than the others!

A close game for Scotland and Argentina today and whoever plays New Zealand will probably lose quite heavily from what I have seen! Of course England are not through yet either but Scotland would have to deny them any points next week and I can't see that happening!

One thing the All-Blacks & Kangaroo-lovers have got in common are quality fly-half's.
Dan Carter for the Kiwi's... and the Wannabie's Quade Cooper, who was born in, oh yes, Waikato, NEW ZEALAND!!

What nationality is Quades parents? To be fair if we are going to bang on about origin then the Wallabies should all be Aborigines and the All-Blacks should all be Maori`s or not even exsist, after all the Maori`s are Pacific Islanders are they not, their not native to New Zealand originally. You could extrapolate that all the way back to `the everyone originated from Africa` theory and thus eliminate everyone other country in the world which would destroy all international competition in anything!

Anyway, Cooper is a show-pony with pancakes for hands. He also squeaks when under pressure and his decision-making is iffy. (probably English ancestry then)

Unlucky Scotland, certainly had the Pommes worried for a while! Didn't wake up until nearly midday, Aus, so the drama of this one passed me by. Out of interest though, how come the Jocks aren't Poms too? What about the Welsh, Cornish?

I saw the second half of the Irish match today and another good performance from them and I suspect their quarter final against Wales is going to be a cracker. This will be immediately followed by France and England and maybe the winner of this is the team that can play near to their potential?
There is an irony that both halves of the draw are split on a northern v southern hemisphere basis meaning that Australia v South Africa, the only teams to have won the world cup twice, have a battle royale in the quarters with almost certainly New Zealand awaiting them in the semis although the loss of Dan Carter is a bitter blow for them.
England are the six nation champions, will they go on to represent the north in the final as in the last two world cups or will Ireland or Wales go all the way?
