just found this video someone posted of the fa cup tie with maidstone in the early 90's
awesome seeing some of these players again. love it

Huge, and odd, memories for me... I was the only person standing on the home terrace, in my normal place, not to cheer everytime Maidstone scored.
A weird feeling as I was living close-by and 'adopted' Maidstone as my local non-league team during my exile-years (only to see them get promoted into the football league) and then I find myself at a game standing with my mates watching them celebrating whilst I stood and stared into the distance.
The ground is now a modern housing estate...
