I am quite hopeful that our point last night will mean we do not lose too much ground if any at all. The two teams above us Bury and Wycombe and the three teams below us who could overtake us this weekend (Stevenage, Shrewsbury, and Gillingham) all have tough away fixtures. Macclesfield v Stevenage Morecambe v Wycombe Port Vale v Bury Bradford v Shrewsbury Cheltenham v Gillingham Well so much for that pipedream! Away wins for all of them except Bury who picked up a good point at promotion rivals Port Vale. It seems that while our promotion rivals are coming from behind to win games in the last few minutes we are continuing our season long habit of throwing points away at the death! Still can't stay grumpy for long. If our Reserves win at Home Park on Tuesday afternoon we clinch the league title with two games to spare! ;D

Due to our goal difference we can get a draw against Lincoln, if results go our way, and we will still go into the play-orfs zone. If we get three points and results go our way then it starts to look quite interesting up there, we could really push on from there. One good sign is Muzzy appears nervous, this is to do with two things, one he doesn`t know what sort of reception he will get ( I hope it`s a good one ) and two he has trained and played with both sets of players now and must have an idea about who is the better team! I`m also worried about the fact that we could start sliding down the table if we lose and other results go against us, who`d have thought at the start of the season that we would be discussing this?
