We've just equalised on corners though!
Murray and Tomlin will be feeding on scraps tonight. We have a very talented midfield - let's just hope a mazy dribble or an inspired through-ball can grab us an undeserved goal...

Not to sure I feel taking off Murry and bringing on Lathrope is the sort of change that will turn the game in our favour.

Seems a sensible move to me, we need to get a foothold in midfield as we're getting over run at the mo. Plenty of attacking minded players still out there......but we need to stay in the game. |

Your set-up certainly sounds like it would make us a bit more combative, Aussie, but if their left winger is roasting Manse, I hate to think whathe'd do to Robbo!
Touch wood we can park the bus until the last minute, before get a spawny equaliser. If we score any earlier, they might take it personally and destroy us...

Aussie......they're doing us for fun down the flanks, Robbo would probably get skinned even easier than manse is. A decent pacy right back is something we've been missing for a couple of years now. |

A very difficult first half for our team and if we are honest we are very lucky to be only one nil down. Football matches are often games of two half's and I'm sure Bucks will get our players fired up for the second half.
There is still so much to play for in this game and a good early second half goal for us could set us up nicely for a good away win against what sounds a very good side. Keep believing and keep fighting to the final whistle and who knows.

You cut off the supply to those wings by having two battlers in the middle of mid-field and big defenders with wingers that work back. Zeb needs to be infront of Nicho and Lathrope in front of Robbo. Well that`s what I`d try, any one got any better ideas? Good job I`m not the Gaffer `eh!

Can't even log-on to bloody iPlayer so I'm enjoying Carlisle in the lead against the scum. I wouldn't incite anyone to break the law but if there was a way of getting live coverage over t'interweb without having to pay this bloody dreadful provider then I would do just that and give the full subscription money directly to the club.
Perhaps it is just as well I'm not listening given the reports above and summary from John O'Gaunt on Beeb Devon- I'll just go and peruse the excellent History Room - particularly looking forward to the Swansea play-off match reports (can just remember them as a nine year-old having that first "sinking feeling" in football on that rainy day at Plainmoor!) and hopefully hear more goals for our Cumbrian friends.

Getting an extra body into midfield seemed the obvious move to me.
I don't subscribe to the view that you can just tell four forwards to play high up the pitch and cruise to victory.
There is a midfield battle to be won. If we can do that in the second half, we might just come away with something - which it doesn't sound as if we deserve to do based on the first half showing.
