Hey Phil I had 2-2! So its your bloody fault ;D I never get it right so as a default I try to pick what we don`t want in the vain hope that I will be wrong thus we win, if that makes any sense! Must remember to use commers!,,,,,

Bit of a downer after we looked odds on to win but still in an excellent position and would have taken a draw at the start of play. So who we gonna blame for this one hey lads Bucks has lost the plot wholesale changes Ellis back Branstons useless Ellis is better than Robbo its all happening on another site

Dreadful.........just dreadful Cheltenham sounded pathetic........we just cant defend late pressure. Potter may have done well enough.......but it was obvious from saturday that Southend know he's weak on crosses as every corner they had was swung in on him, i'm sure it was the same tonight.......he failed to deal with a high ball and its 1-2 and alamo time. Word soon gets around.........get Bevan back in.

Due to the result tonight I will be withdrawing my team from the Prediction League - the buck stops with the manager.

One nil up, even two nil up. OK lads, we've done enough going forward, let's drop back, hang on to this lead and concentrate on keeping them out for the last few minutes !!
Who is saying this ? The manager has emphasised that he has not told his players to end a match like this, even told them not to do it.
So who is formulating plans on the field against the manager's wishes ? Is it Branston, or Mansell, or who ? Perhaps it has become a group mentality. Whoever it is, they deserve a bloody good kick up the ass, because I've lost count of the number of points we have thrown away this season in the last 10 minutes.
Pathetic, disappointing and likely to cost a place in the play-offs this season.

Well, there we go again. It's either shut up shop or go and try to take advantage of the space being given by the opposition. Again we fail to do so and as a result we get punished again in the dying seconds.
We let Southend, Gillingham, Morecambe and Oxford come back right at the end in the first two months of 2011. Mansfield in November was the last time we nicked it at the end...
Lessons need to be learned from these games mentioned above as we don't want to shoot ourselves in the foot again.
Let's give it another go at Acccrington who've won their last two games against Wycombe and Crewe. Probably another tough, heavy pitch up North where we will have to be at our very best got get something out of the game.

Come on Stewart.......you've seen enough football over the years surely. .......the home team losing 2-0 or 2-1 at home are going to bomb men and the ball forward...........nothing to lose - of course its going to force us back. It's how you deal with it.......clear your lines and hit them on the break...... ......we however fail to do either at the moment.

A draw in the end that has felt more like a defeat, why do we just allow teams to start dominating us as soon as we take a lead in any game. The line up for the start of the match was fine, only real question I suppose is why play Maklin up front to start with?
Our team is its own worst enemy when it finds itself in front in the game, we all know that after you have scored, if you start getting too deep, you hand over the incentive to the other team to attack and attack, Yet we keep on doing it and now lessons seem to be being learned as we drop points that will see us end up mid table at best.
Yes Danny Potter may kick the ball better than Scott Bevan, but he can’t deal with high balls in the air and when you are allowing the other team to keep attacking you, they are going to win more corners from which high balls are going to swung into our box.
I said tonight would be a better test to see If Potter was worth starting instead of Scott, for me he has failed that test and Bucks now need to put Scott back in goal for Saturday.
Hopefully we will get some math reports from TFF members at the game; they may well have seen a different game than the one we heard on the radio. In saying that Steve Breed is normally spot on with his views and I expect any reports won’t be too different from the game Steve described for us.
Can’t blame our dear friend Phil for the result, the blame lies firmly with our players who can’t hold on to a winning position very often. I don’t think Bucks can be blamed either, dropping so deep is not something he is telling the players to do.
Well done to our travelling army for turning up in great numbers for a Tuesday night match, feel a bit sorry for you all that you were there to see that sickening last minute goal go in.

Let's face it, we are having to juggle a very small squad. bucks has to pick his games to shuffle and rest players.
A successful FA cup run and weather issues has led to alot of games in a short space of time. We cannot afford a bigger squad

Could do better... Must learn that 2 plus 2 equals one; whereas 2 plus 0 equals three. Must learn to pay attention. More homework required.
