(Kipper, I'll save you an Astra. The label is in the style of the classic St Pauli kit) I know of at least 2 members of this forum that own the shirt and both have actually been to todays opponents the gehasst HSV (closely followed by Hansa Bloo*y Rostock), Ruud van Nistelrooy et al. First meeting in 8 years and looking for first win in this derby for 33 years. Been sold out since announced as FCSP upgrade there ground to a standard more suitable for there dizzy position, so I will be watching with the rest of STP UK in my neigbouring borough that apparently has the largest amount of unemployed in the country and multi millions invested in tobacco companies, Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Make that 2....I seem to have mislayed mine. I did pop into the club shop whilst in Hamburg last summer hoping to replace it. Unfortunately the 30 euro price tag put me off.

So I'm told ~ on loan with a view to a January permanent signing. I don't know who the player is or which club he is from, I thought we'd got rid of these baseless rumours once the "site that shall not be named" resurfaced?! ;D No baseless rumour this time Rags - straight from the "horse's mouth" (otherwise known as John Milton), whilst in conversation with him after the game. Incidently, I didn't inquire any further as to the identity of the player - I'm sure JM would have told me to "wait and see" anyway! Hopefully it's not Ant Roach!!

[quote author=mememe board=mat Hopefully it's not Ant Roach!! I for one hope it is, I believe his father drives on the LEFT side of the road so will therefore be another positive contibutor to the MT thread rather than the current "I own my house Im ok crowd"....................... Even JB could name the biggest mass murderer of the 2Oth century (and SHE aint german)!!

Well I won't be able to join in then as I had to sell my flat I lived in with Ant to move in with Carol and by the time I could get my name on the rent book so I could buy her home, house prices went sky high and it would have meant we would have been paying out at our age nearly as much as we earned just to buy the place. So instead I just keep funding the endowment policy I had to buy the flat so I will get a nice pay out in few years time

As a footnote, the Herald is reporting that Ellis is now going to have a X-Ray on his right foot so could be worse than initially thought. Buckle thinks that Senda is still three matches away from achieving full match fitness so Charnock will probably cover if it is bad news.

Having seen the excellent action shots on Saturday of Ant in that impressive Ipplepen strip we could do a lot worse. If he can play well and score an important goal on that farmers field at Brixham then imagine what he would be like on Aussie's well tended surface! PS. May be necessary to start negotiations with his Agent early though as there is a danger that the transfer window will close before his Agent has finished his introductory negotiations!

As a footnote, the Herald is reporting that Ellis is now going to have a X-Ray on his right foot It's not often you hear the crunch from the stands and I must admit I winced when Mark Ellis tried to play on instead of coming straight off after lengthy examination from Damien Davey. I winced even more when he did depart remembering the way he was joking and making light of his injury at Cambridge a couple of years ago when he got onto the team coach on crutches saying he would be OK by the time the next game came round.........................he wasn't; he was out a long time. As they say in The Life of Brian................... "he's not the Messiah, he's a very silly boy!" ~ that's a joke before any numpties start hopping about in indignation.

Having seen the excellent action shots on Saturday of Ant in that impressive Ipplepen strip we could do a lot worse. I'm saying nothing, the last time I tried to be light humoured about Dave's action shots from Stoodley Knowle and my Anthony's amusement at "Old Man's Football" he had a sense of humour failure and got upset. The point I was trying to make was that it wouldn't be so far back in Dave's treasure chest of memories when Ant was a nine year old playing and it won't be that far in the future to when my Anthony will be playing "Old Man's Football". The point was made clear to me not many weeks ago when I saw 32 year old Kevin Lisbie playing for Millwall yet clearly recall how the young twelve year old's mum used to pack him off from their Hackney home twice a week to go and train at Fulham just as Anthony does now with QPR. These days Kevin is married with 6 kids and lives in Colchester.............how long before I've got six more grand children to add to the five I already have?

Nothing about last Saturday's match, no report, no opinion; feck all. What a useless bunch they are, and people wonder why the club struggles for support!
