What an inspired decision by the club to move this game to Wednesday, ensuring it clashed with the England game, hence guaranteeing a higher than usual crowd for the first round of the cup... What makes you think the club had any choice in it? The same stewarding firm covers both us and the Gargs and cant cover both at the same time. Am I going? Well, give me Torquay any day over a bunch of overpaid, prima-donna, Premiership tarts going through the motions !!!

But forums wouldn't be forums without someone completely missing the point.

Some sensational victories by smaller clubs tonight over supposedly bigger rivals who would not be expecting to forego the revenue from a little run in this competition: Bradford City 2: Forest 1 Crewe 1: Derby 0 Doncaster 1: Accrington 2 Morecambe 2: Coventry 1 Oxford 6 : Bristol R 1QPR 1: Port Vale 3 Southend 3: Bristol City 2 ................show just what can be achieved in the first round of this competition.

Would love us to beat Reading tonight. For me they are one of the teams i dislike playing cos we never seem to beat them. This time we can get one over on them and rub their noses in it a little bit. A nice little run in this comp will help the war chest too. 3-1 to us.

I can't see us going 3-0 down tonight but if we do, I hope our fans don't give up the cause.

'Ere we go..................thirty minutes in and Village Idiot Radio replaces the commentary with Diana Fuckin' Ross. Is there any end to their shere incompetance! Mind you, Steve "Absolutely" Breed is enough to drive listeners up the wall and the devine Miss Ross does have a nice arse. Oh well, there's always England on the telly!

Now they're playing the cutting edge Deb'n chart topper "This Could Be The Last Time" by Mick Jagger. Is everyone flaming senile down there ~ when was the last time that was played on radio? Pretty apt mind you......................I shan't be wasting my time tuning in to these cretins on Saturday.
