Thanks to any Torquay United supporters who have come up to the Heath during the season and as you know you will always be made most welcome.
Thanks to Dave for setting up the local football scene page it shows by the number of views Amy`s reports have that it makes it all worthwhile.

Back to back league winners Buckland Athletic, wanted to end this season on a high and put in a good performance for their fans.
Torpoint who will always give you a hard game and who had finished fourth in the title race were coming here to act as party poopers.
Torpoint players lined up and gave Buckland a guard of honour and applauded the champions onto the pitch.
Buckland started well and gaffer Lynch scored early who shot accross the goal giving the keeper little chance, this goal kept Lynch in the hunt for the golden boot award and was his 40th goal of the season.
Torpoint came back and drew level, and then Adam Carter who was leading the top goal scorer award had a free header from a corner inside the 6 yard box to give Neil Montandon little chance of saving the header. H T 1-2
Buckland all season have been a very strong and fit team in the second half of games and have scored lots of late goals, this game was going to end up the same way.
Shane Gill was brought on for Lucas Burgess and his runs down the right wing was causing Torpoint problems.
Antony Lynch received the ball in the middle of the goal but being unselfish laid the ball off to Gill who fired the ball home 2-2
The Buckland defence with Luke Horrocks having an exceptional game in the middle of the defence held the Torpoint forwards in check.
With time running out, Danny lewis went on one of his runs and was it a shot or was it a cross the ball ended up in the net to give the yellows the 3 pts and send the crowd home happy.
The final whistle blew and Buckland were Champions 2010 -2011 League officials present, presented the championship trophy to captain Ben Williamson, and each player receiving a medal for their efforts for the past 9 months.
Well done Buckland.
Attendance 235

Not the best of starts but at least getting one of the better teams out the way early.
Does anyone know when the FA Cup and Vase draws are made?
