Time To Bang Nuclear Power On The Head? i live in west yorks now and i love these " the way they were" captions so any more you can post on here would be great. Just for you westyorkshiregull and I have found another one in a paper not yet thrown out and will put that one up as well

This was one of my favourite Plainmoor games. Can't remember why but unusually I was in the Grandstand that day rather than on the Pop. I think Fozzie came off the bench to score a second half hat-trick to bring us back from 3-0 down. For a while he was one of our best players.

i was there,remember carmichael? of colchester giving us the v sign when thy were 3 up,but what a comeback that was

One of my favourite games. Colchester were a very decent side at the time with Tony English and Neil Kinsella. When Fozzie completed the comeback he celebarated by taking his shirt off and running down the popside swinging it around his head.
Manager of Gillingham (Dorset) rather than Jillingham (Kent)! Good luck to him.
