putain! i also live and work in paris, but i'm not the one who was sat next to you in the restaurant...perhaps a 3-man Paris TUFC supporters club is in order?
but seriously...if there are other paris-based fans i'd be happy to meet up for an over-priced beer and a chance to talk some english, and some football...

You may have seen on the bottom of the forum a members location map, it shows where in the world the members have logged into the forum from, but does not show who etc the members are. On the first day of running it has some interesting results, we know most members will be in the UK, we know we have members in France, Holland and one in Thailand.
Yesterday to my surprise we had two from the United States, two from Belgium, one from Norway,One from Canada and one from Germany. Would be great to know if you are from any of these countries.
United Kingdom (GB) 131 France (FR) 3 United States (US) 2 Belgium (BE) 2 Norway (NO) 1 Netherlands (NL) 1 Canada (CA) 1 Germany (DE) 1 Thailand (TH) 1
The map gets updated once each day, so the next update will be on Monday morning.
EDIT------- I see that greygull was on the forum, so that is the one from Canada.

This is the first time I have posted, but have actively supported Torquay since 1960. Hailing from Dawlish, we have lived in the Vendee region of France since 2002. We were back in Dawlish over Xmas, when I saw the Kidderminster and Blackpool games with our sons and grandson in the Family stand. Strange, but last week we were in our local French supermarket, where I happened to be wearing my Utd wooly hat...yes its bloody cold even down here.... when I saw a chap I had never before seen wearing a tufc sweatshirt. He said he lived locally, having retired from Torquay. What a small world. We should be back for a game in Feb, and hopefully the play offs as with all the best will in the world, I think the gap is too great now. I think Wrexham will be the team to beat. Favourite player in 45 years? No contest, Stubbsy in his first spell. Cheers from freezing France.

Hi frenchgull, I'm sure you saw the other posts on this thread, but just in case you missed them, both jond and peterjones live in Paris, not sure how far away you live from there, but maybe when you go there next, you could have meet up with them.

Moved to Paignton with the family in 1971 (when I transferred my allegiance from Reading), then to Brixham, then to Manchester (Uni), then to Bracknell (to start work) then to Modbury in 1985 since when I've been a regular.

Yep, thats me alright, strangely enough, for a country where so many "brits" have made their home there is a distinct lack of "gulls" supporters around over here. In my twelve years or so of net support I have only come across three others in this majic land. One in Calgary, one Toronto and of course the "father" of dot net Mervo in Wiarton. Mind you I have only ever met online one Argyle fan who lives near me and never yet heard of a Grecian fan.

The new world map on the bottom of the forum has shown some interesting results, I do know most of the members who are outside the UK, but a few I don't.
So maybe if you are posting from the countries listed below, you could let us know your user-name, its only for interest sake and I will understand if you feel you may not want too.
U.S.A
Belgium
Germany
Asia/Pacific Region
