I find the best thing to do at the moment, Is try and not listen to too much Of the negative news that Is being rammed at us On the TV, radio and In the press.Yes we know things are not to good,we have the worry Of how we will manage and pay our bills and even If our jobs are going to be safe.
Apart from tightening our belts and keeping our fingers crossed, there Is not a lot else we can do.What we do know Is we are still alive and still have a future, because there Is a tomorrow and as long as we survive today, then It will come.
So we look for things to try and put a smile on our faces, things that we can believe in and ones that may give us some hope, that at least somewhere In our lives, there are better things to come. Being a football fan In these dark times can Often be even harder that It normally Is. You only need your team to be on a bad run and playing rubbish football, to nearly push you over the edge.
We are not fools, we know what happens In football, we have all had our dreams and hopes dashed at that final hurdle so many times before. It has made some even afraid to ever have any hope at all. I ask what Is a life without hope? well for me I would have to question, If I wanted to even continue life without It.
I have a real hope and for good reason, I support a football team, who after a poor start, Is showing they can play football and get results. They are giving me hope that just maybe in one part Of my life things are going to get better, I will have a football team who Is helping me to see above this smog that Is everywhere.
It makes you laugh at time On forums, as soon as someone dares to ask or question decisions made by the manager, someone else then wants to put labels on them and claim they have an agenda. No, all they want Is what every fan wants and that Is to see their team up the top and winning games.Yes there are one Or two, who really only seem to want the team to fail, but they soon disappear from any forum, when the team Is doing well.
At this time Bucks has turned things around, he fully deserves all the praise we can heap on him, while we must always be mindful, that things can and often do turn around again, lets really enjoy the good times while we have them.Keeping positive thoughts about how well our club Is doing, may go some way to really getting your smile back, Its working for me, If you have not tried It, give it a go.
