I don't make a habit of watching tv on a sunday morning because the girls normally have Handy Manny, Peppa Pig or some other rubbish on but this morning I actually got to watch tv.
I stumbled across Country Tracks which grabbed my attention mainly because the very attractive Jodie Kidd was in the sea off Thurlestone.
the whole programme was based in the only county inj the country which has 2 separate coastlines - Devon.
well worth watching if it is on iplayer.
She started by diving off Thurlestone beach, visited Hallsands and explored the history. Popped into Dartmoor Zoo (Sparkwell, Plympton) where she discovered that a Hollywood film is being made about the place. Visisted Cotehele House and ended up in Tiverton riding horses and shooting arrows.
I very good programme, showing the variety that exists in our county

What about Cornwall? their coastline is continuous whereas Devon's in separate as stated !! That deals with the coastline issue, but Cotehele House is in Cornwall so the programme wasn't just Devon (which of course completely spoilt the programme including something Cornish!)
