I have it set so we have to approve who joins, the main reason is to stop those who create multiple accounts etc, do you think we should just let anyone join?

Again I will say yes to letting anyone join mainly because I cant see how you can approve anyone just based on a user name.

I agree with Jim again on this one, there is no way you can tell if someone is going to cause problems beforehand. I believe everybody deserves to be given the benefit of the doubt until they prove otherwise.
